We told her we were going back to PA and sell our house and we would be in touch. We did just that and where shocked when our house sold in a week! We drove back to Florida and Mary Ann met us at 8 AM the day after Labor Day and showed us nine possible houses. We choose one of these and by the next day the sellers had accepted our offer. Mary Ann worked with us in Florida while we went back to PA to conclude the details of the sale and the move to Florida. Mary Ann did a million small tasks to make our move possible and comfortable. My husband and I both agree that we could never have made this move without the help of Mary Ann. She was there night and day when questions and complications came up. We are so grateful and feel so blessed that we walked into her office because it began our journey to a new life here in Florida. We would recommend her to anyone who seriously is looking for a home.
